Have you been playing the new Set for Life draw from the National Lottery? It’s a lot of fun, and instead of one big jackpot, the top tier winner collects £10,000 a month for thirty years, while the second prize is £10,000 a month for a year.

The draw has been running for a few weeks now, but can you believe it already has an unclaimed prize? As someone has won the second prize but hasn’t yet come forward to claim.

The wining ticket was sold in the Horsham district for the 18th April Set for Life draw. However, despite more than a month passing since the draw, no one has claimed. If you buy tickets in the Horsham district it’s time to dig out your old Set for Life tickets, it shouldn’t be too hard as the draw has only been running for a few weeks! Someone is holding this ticket and it’s worth £120,000 over the course of a year, and if they don’t come forward to claim before 15th October then the prize will be lost forever!

By a strange twist of lottery fate, it’s also the biggest prize won in the draw so far. The new draw has been running since 18th March but it hasn’t yet produced a jackpot winner! The game has been under fire by some camps who have accused Camelot of setting up a ‘nice little earner’ with the lack of top prizes. In defence, Camelot has stated that 95% of all sales go towards good causes, and in all fairness we have no idea how many players are buying tickets for the newest of the National Lottery draws. Fourteen players have already scooped the second prize, though as reported above one of those remains unclaimed and we’re sure we’ll be bringing you news of a jackpot winner very soon!
